Quinoa Breakfast Bowl with Blueberry & Matcha SNACK 

Serves 2
Ingredients:

½ cup Quinoa
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
2 cups water
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup chopped dates
2 tbsp sliced almonds
⅓ cup of Blueberries
1/4 cup Blueberry & Matcha SNACK
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions:
Rinse and drain the quinoa until the water runs clear. Combine the quinoa, oats, almond milk, pinch of salt and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.  Let cool, then enjoy.
