What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned since starting your business?

Setting boundaries will not slow you down. In fact, they will help to keep you motivated and on task.

What’s one stereotype about entrepreneurs that you’d love to break?

You have to do it all and grind 24/7. There is nothing worse than subscribing to the

24/7 hustle mentality. We need to stop glamorizing working non stop. The real flex is when your work works FOR you.

What’s your go-to mantra or quote when the going gets tough?

Honor your feelings then get right back in when you’re ready.

If your business were a fashion trend, what would it be and why?

Little Black Dress. Timeless, versatile, and chic.

What’s one piece of advice you wish you could give your younger self before starting this journey?

Trust others. Especially the ones who stick around.

What’s the most “you” thing in your workspace (bonus points if it’s quirky or unusual)?

A hat and dried flowers.

How do you keep your creativity flowing when motivation is low

I allow myself to feel that and take a break. I go for a walk, run, or just watch TV. Something to reset and recharge.

What’s one misconception people have about your industry that drives you crazy?

Marketing isn’t ethical. The reason I relaunched my agency was to provide ethical marketing for purpose driven brands. You don’t have to use fear-based tactics to get results.

In a world full of trends, how do you keep your business authentic and true to your vision?

I don’t focus on trends. I focus on what the client needs and what’s working. Being able to be nimble and pivot is key.

Can you share the story behind starting your business and what inspired you to take the leap?

It started on it’s own in New York back in 2013. It evolved into the leading agency for emerging fashion brands. We produced runway shows during New York Fashion Week, hosted pop up shops and managed their PR campaigns. I closed in 2019 to start my family and now I relaunched in 2024 with the focus on 360 marketing.
