The PaSH team went on the hunt for that exact food and our efforts were not in vein. We stumbled across Mary’s Gone Crackers, original flavor.
The Ingredients
Whole grain brown rice, whole grain quinoa, brown flax seeds, brown sesame seeds, filtered water, sea salt, wheat free tamari.

The Cracker
Upon opening the box, a clear bag filled with thin brown crackers, -sprinkled with dark brown colors-are exposed. After further examination, it is clear that the dark brown colors are in deed whole seeds.
The Taste
The first bite is meet with a surprisingly crisp crunch, perfect for snacking, dipping and pilling yummy ingredients such as avocado, cucumber and cheese. The texture is crunchy with no flake.
The Brand
Fascinated by this delicious cracker, we popped over to the Mary’s Gone Crackers website. There we learned the brand is dedicated to ensuring the Earth stays happy and healthy by sourcing its rice from California. There, innovative and collaborative efforts between farmers and conservationists have transformed 550,000 acres of rice fields into seasonal wetland habitats that are safe and sustainable havens for millions of waterbirds. It was also very refreshing to learn that organic palm oil is sourced from sustainable South American farms, committed to a zero deforestation policy dating back to 2001.
